  • USED EQUIPMENT/MARKETING MANAGER

    Used Equipment/Marketing Manager
    MirTech Harvest Center- A leading equipment dealer is immediately seeking a Used Equipment/Marketing Manager to work throughout the Delta and North America. The qualified candidate should have proven success and in-depth used equipment knowledge, a thorough understanding of Ag dealerships and dealer/OEM relationships, strong analytical skills to properly evaluate reconditioning expenses, while maximizing profit margins. Effectively communicate with dealers and other sales prospects to consummate sales, have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and develop staff, strong planning and organizational skills, excellent problem solving skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of staff, and the ability to manage highly challenging dealer relationships. Candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, in-depth knowledge of creating and managing a budget, participation in all job-related training and development, and the desire and flexibility to travel.     Ag Equipment Sales – Sikeston MO
    Position available in the Poplar Bluff area. Qualified candidate will cover the territory West of Sikeston MO, including areas in and around Dexter and Poplar Bluff. Preferred candidate will be a motivated, self-starter with a love for agriculture. Position requires selling new and/or used large-scale agricultural equipment with a genuine ability to retain customer loyalty. Some responsibilities include: maintaining product knowledge on features and benefits of all dealer equipment, conducting field demonstrations, updating customer list within your assigned territory and always putting the customer’s needs first. Experience with Equipment Sales is preferred but position is open to candidates with sales experience in other fields such as fertilizer and seed sales. Candidate must be willing to cover a large territory and participate in company training which involves travel.
